Some of you may have experienced an error loading this (and many other blogs) last night. I originally thought a TUOS fan was angry at us or something. However, I realized that all the public libraries in Columbus, Ohio close at 6PM on Friday nights -- so I did some more research I discovered it was something else.So like my favorite (and heroic) USC song girl, I slapped some tape on the blog and we are back in the game. Fight on.
If you are at all interested in the technical explanation of what happened - here it is.
Yesterday was the biggest HIT day ever for this blog (we had over 1,000 visitors) but for now, we will do without our friends at SiteMeter. I will figure out another way to measure our readership.
Update: After being down most of the morning, SiteMeter says they have fixed the problem. But it is too late... I have taken my free web stats business to StatCounter.
