I admit it, I am a masacist. I will continue to watch this Michigan football team, even though the season is swirled down the toilet several weeks ago. Going into the season -- my expectations were low, but not 2-10 low. Unlike Sparty fans in the last couple of decades, we really don't have a basketball program to ease the pain of a pathetic football team. I am here to tell you, there are still plenty of spaces on the Michigan Hockey bandwagon. While I can't promise a NCAA championship, Yost Ice Arena it is a great place where Michigan fans can focus their passion and have fun.

...in hockey. The Wolverines swept a pair of weekend games against the Buckeyes at Yost. Including a 6-1 pummeling on Saturday night. In his 25th season, Red Berenson's team is ranked #8 in the country (with a 6-2 record) and keeps on winning despite numerous injuries. They travel to Fairbanks for a pair of games next weekend against the Alaska Nanooks. How Alaska is a member of the CCHA I will never understand? That is one hell of a weekend roadtrip.
