Bowl week starts !!!!!Navy leads Wake Forest at halftime in the inaugural EagleBank Bowl. Woo Whoooo !!!
A couple of interesting things: This is a rematch game, Navy went to Winston Salem and beat Wake earlier this season. This is essentially a home game for Navy - as Annapolis is about a 40 minute drive to RFK Stadium. Not exactly a vacation trip for either team. It is 30 degrees and playing this game at RFK is similar to playing a bowl game in the old Tiger Stadium. Most of the seats are rusted out and the stadium needs to be imploded.
Also congrats to the Richmond Spiders, the FCS National Champions. They beat Appy State a couple of weeks ago and beat Montana last night.
Message to Bill Martin and Rich Rodriguez: Please do not schedule them next year.

Wake takes the lead 14-13.
Better athletes are showing up right now. There is not a kid on the Navy roster that Wake wanted.
