After upsetting both UCLA and Duke already this season, it appears as if the Michigan Basketball program has returned from the decade long visit to purgatory.I have not cared about basketball for several years now, but Coach John Beilein and Manny Harris have certainly made a believer out of me in a very short time. I actually look forward to watching this team play.
The Big Ten season opens on New Years Eve against Wisconsin.

I am glad the WBB team did well against ND. I am not surprised that Carr was at the game. He is a big supporter of womans sports and actually has donated an endowed scholarship for woman's athletics.
I am not sure if I am ready to jump on the men's basketball bandwagon yet. I know they have won a few big games but I am still not sure they are ready for prime time in the long run of the B10 season. Time will tell and I hope they prove me wrong.
One of the best things about the Big Ten Network in my opinion is the fact they show non-revenue sports like WBB.
I was actually texting T9 last night while watching the game.
