The annual Super Bowl Media Day frenzy took place yesterday -- and as expected there were all kinds of strange questions and occurrences, including a Telemundo reporter dressed in drag. I typically don't pay that much attention to this circus, but while helping with the dishes last night this short spot on ET caught my eye (my wife watches ET, not me).
Behold a dance contest between Cardinals (and former Michigan) teammates Gabe Watson and Alan Branch. Former NFL clown Warren Sapp was the judge. Hail !

Future winner of that contest -- Will Campbell.
i was just going to say "and I thought Will Campbell looked stupid" but ya beat me to it BAH
I will have to wait until I get home tonight to watch this. The firewall at work blocks most of the video related attachments so I cannot view this now.
On a slightly different topic, I heard that Coke is coming out with a new Superbowl commercial that will be an update on the Mean Joe Green drinking the kids Coke and then giving him his game jersey. The new version has Troy Palamula (I know I am butchering the spelling) in it and the only thing we do not know is if he will give the kid a jersey or a lock of his hair. I love the Superbowl commercials and always struggle with finding time to use the men's room and get refills on drinks and food since I do not want to miss any of the game but do not want to miss the commercials either.
It really isn't that great or funny, but I thought it was cool because they featured 2 former Wolverines.
After I posted it I saw the Detroit News already had a story and MGoBlog and MSC had already posted.
The commercials the last few years have been pretty weak though. It seems like they have new ones the first quarter then the rest of the game are just those commercials repeated over and over. Sure you get the occasional funny beer one but lately that's about it. Hopefully this year will be different.

get a ddwrt compatible router at home...
install ddwrt firmware onto the router
install kitty at work www.9bis.com/kitty
configure firefox at work to use kitty as your proxy
basically runs firefox as if it's at your house, no firewall, no footprint
Check out the big brain on Sru...
Sru,
Mentioning it never crossed my mind... nice job. Us devils use it very discreetly at our specific place of duty as well. Otherwise we don't even have a smidgeon of internet at work... how else would I be able to check up on you guys?
Sru, I will have to look into that. The only thing that I cannot see at work is certain videos so it may not be worth the trouble. If I was like Shorty, I would have to do something because I could not go all day without seeing what was going on.
