the ironic thing is, i watched the 2006 game in a bar in chicago and EVERY single Michigan fan sounded JUST like this kid near the end of the game....
"I HATE Troy Smith....I hate Ohio State...that hit was legal...that hit was LEGAL...he wasn't out of bounds...he didn't lead with his helmet...I hate Troy Smith...God I hate Ohio State. They get all the calls, they pay their players, I hate em I hate em I HAAAAAATE themmmmmm....."
Dear god how can they have said that hit was legal. I turned to my wife during that game and said this play is the game. If they stop them here MI wins because neither team could stop the other on defense. Then Crable goes headhunting and I walked out on the porch and said words youngsters shouldnt here. That hit was a personal foul on like 3 levels. He did that his whole career there too the dumbass.
MI just got a shoutout from Drew Carey on the Price Is Right. There was a guy with a 2007 Michigan Football shirt spinning the wheel and Drew was like "That's right Ohio $tate Go Blue!" Drew is synonymous with my neck of the woods and the Cleveland area and loves all sports Cleveland. It's good to see he's a Blue fan as well.
he and i grew up in the same part of cleveland, Old Brooklyn, and would have gone to the same high school if my parents didn't save me by moving to the suburbs. of course he's like 10 years older than me but still a cool useless yarn
i think if you watch it in Buckeyevision, the pass first hit the ground, then he picked it up, touched his knee to the ground, got back up, dove for the endzone but landed on the one, then rolled the final yard
BAH, Sorry to burst your bubble, but I watched the armed forces Price is Right episode about two weeks ago when he naturally gave a shoutout the best service, "...I know we're supposed to be impartial but, Hurrrah," (in a dog barking tone) as he used to be a Marine.
I am not sure where his allegiances lie, but don't be convinced he is an M fan by that one shoutout. A sailor was the first winner on the show and said he was from Ohio, and Drew replied, "Go Buckeyes," seemingly enthusiastically. He is from Cleveland and unless he has a Michigan connection my bets are that he is unfortunately a fan of the same team as the sweetest little kid who hates Texas. Or hopefully he doesn't give a buck's nut about college ball. Anything is better than liking Tuos. Unless you know something more, I have no reliable source as to his true allegiances, other than to the most lethal fighting force in the world. Semper Fi.
Btw, a Marine won the showcase showdown, naturally.
I have seen him bad mouth the Steelers though if someone was wearing a Steelers shirt so I know he will do it if given the opportunity. My thinking is he probably doesn't give a crap about college ball as it does not involve bars and strippers.

This is the same kid that burnt the family couch when he learned that Greg Oden was going pro. Unfortunately, the couch was still INSIDE the house.
In order for humor to be funny, there must be a bit of truth in it.
Well done Andy.
Methinks Sru might not get the joke.
I'm just saying...
I'm impressed that the kid knew enough about the game to complain that the player was down.
That was the cutest video I've ever seen! Oh the sweet tears of agony... so satisfying.
wait he was down????
that was awesome
wasn't me but i'm sure i sounded a lot like that during the cooper years
It brings a tear of joy to my eye.

i'm with you - but many a Michigan fan, especially on the scout forums, STILL bitch about that call.

Yes, he was down... Right after he dove into the endzone.
