This incredible performance helped lead the 2003 Wolverines to a crucial road victory in East Lansing. Lloyd kept calling his number and Perry virtually carried the entire team on his back that day. Perry took home the Doak Walker award (given to the best RB in the country) and finished 4th in the Heisman voting.

remember when we had an O-line and receivers who could block down field???
while this tape brings back amazing memories, it also reminds me of what we've lost.....
I loved CP. It's a shame he didn't pan out in the NFL.
I loved him too. Looking back (with 20/20 hindsight) it is not surprising he did not succeed in the NFL.
He did not have great size or speed and took a brutal hammering while in college.
And yes, T9... some of the blind side blocks thrown by Braylon in these highlights are great.
He was the type of player that Woody would have loved to throw a punch at.
