SuperBuck

Yesterday while I was working out, I pulled out the DVD of the 1977 Michigan / Ohio State game. Nothing better than a little Rick Leach and Ron Simpkins to keep my mind off of how much I hate the treadmill.

Sometime during the 3rd quarter the ABC sideline camera found this gem ->

I think "SuperBuck" actually has an old-school jock-strap (painted silver of course) over his red tights. It is a good thing that he has a mask on, or we might be able to identify him and report him to Child Protective Services.

Let's hope that he is wearing tights and not just paint as it appears he is wearing on the top half of his body!

PS, surgery went well, my kidney is working perfectly in my father and has from the moment they hooked it up! I am very thankful for that! :) Recovery has been great for me with the exception of a horrifying infiltrate that happened in my right hand and arm. 14 days out and it is still swollen and painful! Nonetheless, a working kidney in my father is worth any pain I might experience!

Interesting bit of history with this photo. Super Buck was none other than Ted Bundy, the infamous serial killer. Few people know of his previous fascination with Buckeye football. Great work Andy.

(Catie, wow, you are truly a special person. All the best to you and your family. I've been waiting quite awhile for a brain transplant; mine hasn't worked in years.)

I shouldn’t do this but anyway – A guy was in a serious accident and his family gathered at the hospital. The doctor told them the only way he would live is to have a brain transplant. The doctor wanted to be upfront about the risks and costs. He said he could do one brain transplant for $900 or use another brain that was available for $80000. The family wanted to know the difference in the brains because of the huge price difference. The doctor said the $900 brain was from a woman. It was well used but it would function just fine. The $80000 brain was from a man and it had never been used, so it was considered new, therefore the price difference.

Phil, I am ALMOST gullible enough to have believed you...LOL...I nearly went to look at the photo to double check to see if I recognized him as Ted Bundy.... and LOL@ your joke, although, seriously, I think that may just be true! :P

Thanks all, sorry to "hijack" the thread, but I did want to give you all an update! If you might indulge me one more time:

Don't take your organs to heaven with you, Lord knows that we need them here, it only takes 30 seconds to save 8 lives......register with your states gift of life (www.giftoflifemichigan.org) as an organ donor. (only if you wish to of course!)

That is either Tex Cobb or Will Farrell, right?
