I don't know how to process this team. Are they good? Are they bad? I just don't understand any of it.

Just one more win...what is the deal? Last week we played the 1sthalf then 2nd half horror. Today good first half then 2nd half disaster. Why??? Another Saturday down the toilet.
But....There is always hope... for next week.
GO BLUE!!! PLEASE PLEASE win next week & then again in 2 weeks. Is this asking for too much???

I would not be upset at all if RR was fired tomorrow. his has gone on too long. Every tradition and value that Michigan holds dear is going down the toilet. All of the streaks of any kind, gone.

I'm done watching. I made the mistake of watching today and what I watched was great. Then I even found the game on the radio and that was great.

Then 616 gives me updates and the horror.
WTF goes on in that locker room at halftime that they forget how to play?

well, at least you guys can say you came closer to beating Purdue than OSU did.

though, Penn State and Illinois are an entirely different story

BAH,

dont blame me on the texts!

I am still sipping the kool-aid...as if you have read Brian at mgoblog (especially after the Illinois game) it is obvious that there is minimal talent on defense---historical looks at defensive recruits (including the LC era) the last few years can NOT be blamed on R2.

BAH, if you dont want me to text you from the Big House than don't ask me to text you from the Big House.

I don't know what's worse....Getting blown out or having the game in your grasp and watching it slip through your fingers. I think the second is worse because there will always be the, "well if such and such hadn't happened".....

At least Navy won today.

616 I wasn't mad you were texting just informing everyone of how I was taking in the game. I wanted the updates and still can't believe they gave the game away again.
There has to be a coaching problem. I don't blame the defense i know they are bad. I dont blamed the DC he cant do much with what he's given. I blame the head coach and the primary czar of the offense that has come out dominating then went to half time and completely failed to change their scheme 2 or 3 weeks in a row and became totally dominated. It's like he has no creativity at all and once it starts not working he has no answer. RR had some terrible games against solid opponents at WV and I think we're starting to see he's not the coaching guru everyone thought he would be. He is very predictable and if you have the right scheme against it can be completely controlled.
With the new AD I can almost guarantee he'll be gone.
Which leaves us with a then what?

Take a step back. We've scored 30+ points in every game but one. In what world is that not enough points to win a game? This is a defensive problem. That long pass after the onsides kick (which was a great call) was a nightmare.

We've been in every game but one.

I want things to be all better already, but two years is not enough time to expect a coach to establish new players in a new system.

The performance in the second half in the last few weeks has been troubling, but stepping back, there's no debate that this year has been better than last. Next year will be better than this year.

We're still rife with freshmen at key positions. I'm not saying there is nothing that should be cause for concern, but I also think we're expecting too much.
