Is there any video out there of the hockey game Fri night?
I haven't seen any write-ups or comments on it and I'm wondering how ridiculous it was. I saw it was on TV but on a channel we don't get so I wasn't able to watch it.
Hammm... The students were booing Troop everytime he was on the ice and had several X rated signs just for him, but other than that it was pretty calm. They lost their enthusiasm for booing him as the game went on and the Thugs had the lead. The hockey team does not seem to have the same offensive spark as they have had the last few years. Hope it is just a short term thing and that they will get things turned around soon.
At least we have basketball now. Can't remember the last time I thought that statement.

oh the memories....I was at that game...called my mom in Phoenix a few times from The Big House--cell phone to land line was dicey then--during the game, it gave her a taste of The Big House that day which she loved.

We are having my homemade chili and my son is deep frying a turkey on Saturday. Hammm and his dad were at the last game last year and had my chili. They seemed to like it. Nothing special, but it is our last home game of the year tradition.
And people let Springsteen's insult of our state go unnoticed? He called us Ohio for crying out loud. It would be like someone from her called New Jersey...Oh never mind....If anyone mistook Jersey for another state, I would be insulted if I were from that other state.

Yes that was excellent chilli by far. Made the horrible weather seem not so bad. Or maybe it was the booze?
Anyone got discounted tickets? Maybe I'll ask my dad if he wants to go again but my funds are seriously limited.
