The best commercial of the Super Bowl was the one that featured Desmond Howard in the Heisman Pose in the Michigan End Zone, the only college football team to be seen during the Super Bowl! Loved it! Second, The Snickers commercial with Betty White, very funny!
I also liked the Half time Show Andy, They may not have it like they did 30 years ago, but it was nice to NOT see thousands of people on the field dancing and doing stupid shit. Just a good band playing some great songs and a damn nice light show to surround them.
So sorry that Mke Hart did not get a SB Ring, but it was cool to hear his name called twice on two plays near the end of the first half!
Really good game. Nice to see Manning the perfect throw a TD to the other team. Still don't believe he should have gotten the league MVP over either Brees or Favre but whatever. What a horrible year for commercials though. I honestly cannot remember one commercial and the companies that spent that much money to air them just threw their money away. With the Hollywood trend of remaking every old movie out there and now the SB commercials there clearly is no imaginative talent left in this country.
Big props again goes to Highlife for their commercial showcasing 4 small business owners. I hope those were real businesses and not something made up.
The Highlife commercial did in fact feature real small biz owners. Props to them... In honor, I brewed a batch of beer and missed the first three quarters.
