I could not wait until Wednesday to post this.Words can not describe how much fun I had on Saturday. Here was my view as the game was getting ready to start. It was as if I had been holding my breath for two years, and I was finally able to take a deep breath of fresh air.
I know we are a long way from "back" - but I won't let worrying about the future diminish the joy I felt on Saturday.

I was a great day all around with an outstanding tailgate, getting to meet you, T9 and 616, scoring tickets for Hammm for the game he wanted to come to, the new stadium, being able to sit with all three of my sons again at the game, the Brock walk, the flyovers, the band show after the game,the perfect weather and oh yea.... I almost forgot the win. I am trying not to be too overly optimistic, but I liked most of what I saw in the game. Still need work on special teams and the defense still scares me a bit. Next week should be interesting.

I almost missed the picture you posted on twitter of the shot glass block M. It really belongs to someone else in our group so I cannot take credit for it. It sure catches the eye of folks walking past. Thanks....
