I have been waiting all season for this week against the Toledo Rockets so I could share my Michigan from Space wallpaper. I think I can see my parents house from here. As you likely already know, there is a long history of Michigan Astronauts. Yes, I know that despite what the commercial says, not all the crew of Apollo 15 had official Michigan degrees (crew member David Scott left Ann Arbor after one year to attend West Point). It is still a pretty cool story, and yes they all had Michigan connections and eventual degrees.
The original Space, Bitches, Space reference came in 2005 on EDSBS's review of promotional ads. Since that time I have seen it used in many different ways by many different bloggers. As an honor to the original joke, this week only, I created an alternate version of the wallpaper.
Edit: My friend Hamm has requested an additional alternate version with a block M. I found an open wireless connection during lunch, so here you go pal.

Love the alternate but would like to see a block M added to it. Otherwise people who don't know just wouldn't get it.
ps. Put a block M on there and it becomes my new wallpaper replacing the schedule one since it depresses me daily.
No problem Hamm. I am in an all-day mind numbing meeting with no internet access (except my blackberry).
