In keeping with the "surrender" theme that has somehow developed this week... Former Sparty All-American offensive lineman Tony Mandarich has admitted that he used steroids while playing for Michigan State. He has also admitted that he cheated with fake urine on a steroid test administered in conjunction with the 1988 Rose Bowl. The Spartans beat USC 20-17. Mandarich denied a report that several other MSU football players also cheated on their Rose Bowl drug test, telling Inside the NFL that he “can’t speak for other players.” Mandrich has a book coming out in March 2009 titled “My Dirty Little Secrets - Steroids, Alcohol & God - The Tony Mandarich Story”.In 1989 Mandarich was selected by the Packers as the #2 overall draft pick, ahead of Barry Sanders. He is widely considered one of the largest busts in NFL history.
No word from East Lansing on whether former Spartan defensive back Eddie Brown is coming out with a book to detail how he mugged Desmond Howard in 1990.

"admitted that he cheated with fake urine on a steroid test"
I guess when they found out he was pregnant, it was kind of a giveaway.
Not only was he pregnant, but he also had no idea who the mother was!
