Here is another one of my images from the 2004 M/MSU game. Sadly almost all the Braylon Edwards heroics from this memorable day took place in the other endzone, so I don't have any shots of him schooling Sparty. This image sat un-touched for a couple of years until I recently started playing with photoshop. I like the way it turned out and have used this as my computer wallpaper for a couple of weeks.I apologize for breaking my own 1280x1024 rule, but I just could not make it work to my satisfaction.

This photo must have been early in the game based on the shadows. this was one of the greatest games I have ever seen. I rememeber it being warm that day so none of us took warm clothing into the game but by the time the game was over after all the overtimes it had gotten very cold.
Yes it was early in the game. My seats at the time were right behind the opposing band. Sparty was happy most of the game.
I remember telling my son (He was 11 at the time) to bring something warm as were getting ready. He laughed. By the end of the game he was wearing my sweatshirt and I was in a t-shirt.
and seriously, I'm embarrassed to say that I pussed out and went home before the game ended and watched the overtimes on TV......
That is another awesome shot...
T9,
I am just as guilty as you, exept I watched the OTs at some restaurant/bar in Chelsea.
I made that mistake once.
I'm just saying...
I left a game early only once or twice in 32 years and both were because of family weddings. I have missed a few games in that time but not many. I even stayed until the bitter end last year against Northwestern. I always stay for the band show after the game and do not leave the stadium until the band marchs back out of the tunnel after the band show. Our tailgate always lasts several hours after the game so there is no big rush to leave early.
Bob is a hardcore tailgater!
I was watching that game in my living room at our old house and it's probably the game my family most remembers of any. At any given time in the game I was either yelling and cheering or cussing and screaming, It got so bad that everyone came in because they "had to see what was going on."
That was a hell of a game and I've been meaning to get the DVD of it for a while.
My friend and I were at the Northwestern game this past season as well Bob. Dang that was cold. We stayed to the bitter end as well. I remember wondering why so many left at halftime when we were actually ahead. I also remember smacking my friend several times for not being able to go to the little brother game instead. It was fairly warm that day.
