Just got back from a LAX tourney in college station. Everytime I go there I drive away thinking the campus looks just like CMU.
T9, thanks for the pic and yes that is not you --- you are much hotter than that hag.
I can't watch the game today - as doing so will break my 42 year old streak of not watching the pro bowl.

can't believe you don't watch the ProBowl. It's the last gasp of football til August, sigh.
And, it won't be in Hawaii next year but rather it's being moved to the week BEFORE the SuperBowl and will be in Miami instead. dumb.
That's a brilliant idea. We'll see the best except for the players that are going to be in the Super Bowl.
The concept of a pro-football all star game is stupid in general. Football is a violent game. It is not meant to be played at half speed. The last thing the players want to do is play in this game and get hurt. The gap between the last game for a non-playoff team and the pro bowl is waaaay too long.
If I recall there in the 60's was always a game featuring the NFL champions against a team of college all stars. Now that would be interesting.
I went to two Pro Bowls, in '02 and '04.
The Pro Bowl is the biggest event in Hawaii every year. The tailgating is WWWWAAAAYYYY over the top, parking lot around Aloha Stadium is filled within 30 minutes of it opening. People rent flatbed tow trucks and mount BBQs and portajons on it.
During the game, it is just a party in the stands. Beer is flowing and people standing in line to get beers tell stories on how they say Warren Sapp at McDonalds, Steve McNair at Cheeseburger in Paradise, etc. I saw Donovan McNabb at Outback Steakhouse the night before the game in '04.
The '04 final score was ArenaFootball like, something like 52-48. No blitzing? Linebackers were were blitzing, dudes were flying all over the place, having fun like they were in High School.

Moving the Pro Bowl is a terrible idea. For one it takes away all that revenue that Hawaii gets for that week of the game. Two it puts the game in different locations each year where it will already be difficult to get hotel rooms due to the SB a week later. 3 When the SB is in a place like Detroit or somewhere else cold who the hell is going to go to a Pro Bowl the week before in 10 degree weather? They're further ruining something that's already meaningless. I like Andy did not watch minute one of the PB as it is more boring than Arena football to me.
Actually the NFL vs college all-star charity game was played from the '30's to the '70's. Not shocking at all is the fact that the Lions were responsible for 1 of the 2 total ties and 1 of the 9 total losses to the college lads.
